About Our Client: An industry leading manufacturer with a strong reputation in quality and services in the home appliance industry. It is now rapidly expanding to South Asian countries: Thailand and Vietnam.






Role Description

We hire multiple full-time on-site roles for a Thailand Country General Manager based in Thailand, and a Vietnam Country General Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.



The General Managers will oversee all aspects of operations, strategic planning, business development, and team leadership for the region. 

Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing budgets, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. 

The General Managers will play a pivotal role in representing the company in the local markets, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships that align with the firm's vision and mission.


Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market growth strategies
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in managing budgets and analyzing business performance
  • Knowledge of local business practices, regulatory compliance, and market trends in the country assigned
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership and management skills, including team development, strategic planning, and decision-making
  • Ability to lead an on-site team and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and local languages are highly preferred
