Job Opening: Global Expert - Aftersales Training - Automotive
The Global Expert of Aftersales Training is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs for the aftersales network worldwide.
This executive will ensure that all personnel—dealer staff, service technicians, and aftersales teams—are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Training Leadership:
Develop and execute a global training strategy aligned with brand standards, technological advancements, and market needs.
Curriculum Development & Program Design:
Design innovative, scalable, and effective training modules covering technical skills, customer service, digital tools, and sales processes.
Training Delivery & Implementation:
Oversee the deployment of training programs across regions, utilizing both digital platforms and in-person sessions, ensuring consistency and quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with regional managers, technical experts, and external training providers to customize and localize training content.
Performance & Certification:
Establish certification processes, monitor individual and team progress, and ensure ongoing skill development.
Monitoring & Evaluation:
Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics; continuously refine programs for maximum impact.
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, motivate, and develop a global team of training professionals, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Budget Management:
Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocations efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Field, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in training & development, preferably within the automotive or related technical industries.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing global training programs.
- Strong understanding of automotive technical training, customer service, and digital learning platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cultural and regional backgrounds.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively to drive customer-centric solutions.
- Fluent Korean or Japanese language skill is a must. Experience working with Chinese teams is highly preferred.
Location: On-site North China (8 return tickets to your hometown and extra leave days are offered each year)
